Nina's biggest philosophy is to create a lifestyle that is enjoyable, balanced, and healthy--and this happens both inside and outside a gym, and looks different for everyone.  She motivates both herself and her clients/participants with positive encouragement with a BIG dose of humour.  The calories burned from laughing is just an added bonus.     Laura was born in Colombia and moved to British Columbia at the age of 11. Laura has always enjoyed playing sports and exercising, she is always looking for new things to try, improve on and teach to her clients.  She entered the fitness industry as a Zumba instructor in 2011 and has never looked back. However, Laura had to take some time off in due to having knee surgery after she tore her ACL playing soccer. When Laura came back she was even more passionate about fitness as she continued to get stronger and decided that she would like to make other people strong to avoid injury as well as feel good about themselves.
    Laura loves to be active and her goal is that her clients feel the same way. She is dedicated organized and will help you meet and exceed your fitness goals.  Don’t let her size and friendly demeanor fool you, she can be tough and will push you when she knows you need to be pushed! Lets have some fun!
