Nina started out as your typical sedentary person, and took up her own fitness journey in 2005 when she wanted to take some control over her life and accomplish something. Since then, she’s never looked back. Having learned a variety of different training regimens, such as powerlifting, bodybuilding, circuit training and more, it wasn’t a huge leap to becoming a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor in 2010.
Nina’s biggest philosophy is to create a lifestyle that is enjoyable, balanced, and healthy–and this happens both inside and outside a gym, and looks different for everyone. She motivates both herself and her clients/participants with positive encouragement with a BIG dose of humour. The calories burned from laughing is just an added bonus.
