Over 60:
At Dynamic Health and Fitness 30% of our member base is made up with people over the age of 60. We have got your fitness and leisure routine (if you want) ready for you. We offer a great range of equipment suitable for all ages and fitness levels with lots of TV’s visible from our great cardio and strength areas in both the ladies only section and our co-ed sections of the club.
Our strength equipment and free weight area is totally suited to helping our middle aged members improve their general fitness. As well, we offer a great range of group fitness classes suitable for all age groups and fitness levels for those who prefer not to use machines.
We also have special beginners classes that are low impact with no running, jumping or lunging – classes like Soft Fit, Body sculpt, and Yoga are great classes to start with.
Whether you are looking to improve your fitness on your own or in a group setting maybe even with one of our specialized personal trainers Dynamic Health and Fitness offers affordable great rates for all seniors.
